Pet Policy

Marin Suites Hotel proudly welcome one dog per room (up to 40lbs) to enjoy select courtyard suites located on the first floor! All dog reservations will incur a $75 non-refundable pet fee.

Our dog policy is designed to ensure you, your dog, and all guests enjoy their stay.

•    We accept dogs in specific first floor rooms in the Courtyard based on availability. Dog reservations must book with our specific rate code.  If not booked direct with rate code WOOF, we cannot guarantee a dog-friendly room will be available upon arrival.
•    A non-refundable pet fee of $75 will be charged
•    One (1) dog allowed per room up to 40lbs.
•    Verification of complete and current vaccinations may be required. Dog must be gentle, well domesticated, with no vicious tendencies.
•    Housekeeping and Maintenance Service: Guests agree to make the room available for housekeeping and/or maintenance needs every day and will arrange to have the dog out of the room to accommodate the service. If the dog is in the room during service, he/she must be on a leash and you must be present. 
•    Dogs may not be left unattended in the room when a guest leaves the hotel premises. 
•    Dogs must always be on a leash when not inside the guest room. 
•    Dogs are not allowed in our pool area, fitness room, meeting room (service animals are the only exception).
•    Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel grounds, they should be taken off hotel premise to do their “potty”. 
•    Damage caused by the dog to the room, its furnishings, or any other part of the hotel are the guest's sole responsibility. Guests understand they will be charged an additional fee based on the specific damage. Guest rooms are subject to damage inspection at any time and upon check out.
•    Noise/Disruptive Complaints: If the hotel receives more than two (2) complaints, alternative arrangements must be made for the pet. In the event your pet becomes disruptive to other guests resulting in the hotel making rate adjustments for inconvenience, those adjustments will be added to your hotel bill. 
•    Doggie Day Care services are located near Marin Suites Hotel: Grateful Dog and Camp K-9. 
•    The non-refundable pet fee cannot be refunded once your pet has entered the guest room.
